Suspicious Error Rejected Deposit Solution
To enhance the security of transactions and prevent any potential misuse of our deposit system, we have made some changes to the process of reviewing and verifying deposits.
If your deposit transaction has a time discrepancy between the date recorded in our system and the transfer date on the network, it will be flagged as “suspected” and will require further verification.
To verify such transactions, please follow these steps carefully:
- From the same wallet used for the original deposit, send a transaction of 10 TRX to the same recipient wallet.
- Then, submit both records simultaneously in our system:
- The record of the newly sent 10 TRX transaction.
- And the record of the previous transaction that was flagged as “suspected” or “rejected.”
Once both transactions are verified and match, the system will automatically confirm your original deposit.
Please note: If there is any discrepancy between the sender and receiver wallets in the verified transaction and the rejected transaction, we will not be able to verify your deposit.
This process is crucial to ensure the security and accuracy of all transactions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
