T-Credit program for active leaders
The Credit Leader Program is designed to support active leaders and filter out inactive ones. In this program, instead of paying commissions, credits are provided to active leaders. Credits are only granted to leaders who have a group with a designated group code. The aim of this program is to ensure that leaders offer better services, communication, and support to their customers. The more a leader engages and supports their customers, the higher their group ranking will be, which will strengthen the relationship between the leader and their group
Additionally, as you may know, some smaller groups operate within larger groups. To support the senior leaders overseeing these larger groups, a designated percentage of the total credits will be allocated to them as a reward. This mechanism maintains a chain of support between senior leaders, encouraging them to continue their leadership roles.
This program begins on 20.09.2024. From this date forward, all deposits will be included in this system. Leaders’ earned credits will be deposited into their credit wallet starting from 30.09.2024.”
total credit
In the Credit Leader Program, for every deposit made by customers, 5% of the total deposit amount is calculated as the ‘Total Credit.’ This total credit acts as a reward pool, which is transferred weekly to active leaders. For example, if a customer makes a deposit of $1,000, 5% of that amount, or $50, will be allocated as the total credit. This amount will then be transferred to the leaders’ credit accounts each week, based on their performance and group ranking.
Credit Distribution Among Leaders
From the total 5% allocated as ‘Total Credit,’ this amount is considered as 100% of the total credit distribution. The distribution is done as follows:
- For the leader whose group the customer directly belongs to, 50% of the total credit is allocated.
- For the leader above them, 30% of the total credit is assigned.
- For the next leader, 15% of the total credit is calculated.
- The remaining 5% is distributed among all higher-level leaders proportionally.
Leader Ranking System for Credit Allocation
In our Credit Leader Program, leaders are eligible to receive credits based on their group’s rank. The minimum rank required to receive credits varies depending on the number of clients each leader manages. Below is the ranking system:
- Leaders with more than 2,000 clients – Minimum Rank: 10
- Leaders with 1,000 to 2,000 clients – Minimum Rank: 15
- Leaders with 500 to 1,000 clients – Minimum Rank: 20
- Leaders with 250 to 500 clients – Minimum Rank: 25
- Leaders with 100 to 250 clients – Minimum Rank: 30
- Leaders with 50 to 100 clients – Minimum Rank: 35
- Leaders with 30 to 50 clients – Minimum Rank: 36
- Leaders with fewer than 30 clients – Minimum Rank: 40
Credit Distribution:
The total credit allocated to the leaders is calculated based on the deposits made by the clients. Leaders must reach their minimum rank to be eligible for their share of credits. Failure to meet the minimum rank will result in disqualification from receiving credits.
This ranking system ensures that leaders remain active and engaged with their clients, providing ongoing support and maintaining their group’s performance.
What Happens If a Leader Does Not Reach the Minimum Ranking?
To ensure that leaders who do not reach the minimum ranking receive their credit accordingly, we have outlined the following table. If a leader does not reach their required ranking, the percentage of their credit will be calculated based on this table.
- 100% ranking = 100% credit
- 83% ranking = 80% credit
- 66% ranking = 70% credit
- 50% ranking = 40% credit
- 40% ranking = 30% credit
- Below 40% = 0% credit
This ranking system encourages leaders with lower rankings to strive for improvement and increase their group’s ranking, allowing them to earn 100% of the total available credit.
